Cover and experiments done for Hugo Studart’s book, Borboletas e Lobisomens, a book about the Araguaia Guerrilla War during Brazil’s military dictatorship.
I was given access to many photos from the time of the war, so I produced some sketches based on them. Then, I assembled a collage with other elements, such as the lettering, scanned drawings and brush strokes that resembled a red river.
